Collage & mixed media mornings

Service Description

In this relaxed and inspiring collage and mixed media course (held in my studio), you’ll explore how to combine images, textures, patterns, acrylics, watercolour, pencils, and a wide range of other drawing materials to create your own unique mixed-media artworks. Each week, we’ll experiment with different techniques — from cutting, layering, and composition to incorporating paint, drawing, and stencils. You’ll learn how to build depth and meaning through intuitive image-making while developing your own personal visual language. No prior experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to play with materials. Feel free to bring any favourite papers, photographs, or small found images to combine with the wide selection of materials available in the studio. Please also bring paper, scissors, glue, and any additional drawing or painting materials you would like to use. The course will run for four weeks, followed by a two-week break during the Easter holidays. We will then resume for a further two weeks (six classes in total). The course will be taught in English (German available when required).
